WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY

  • Safety Check
    Your system / appliance will be given a complete safety check on our first visit.
  • Annual Service
    Your appliances will be given a thorough service.
  • Free Parts/Free Labour
    Replacement parts (if available*) will be supplied and fitted free of charge.
  • Age Limit
    As long as we can obtain parts there is no limit on the age of your system or appliance(s).
  • 12 Months First Class Attention
    Call us anytime - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls received before 10 a.m. (except on Sundays) will normally receive attention on the same day. Leave a message on our Answerphone if you need to call out of office hours.
  • Expert Attention
    Our Service Engineers are fully trained and will tackle almost any problem.
  • Method of Payment
    Pay by cash or cheque. As soon as your payment and application are received cover will commence.
  • Other Gas Appliances
    Your fire or water heater can also be covered by SERVICESAFE by making a modest additional payment for each appliance.
  • We will endeavour to obtain parts from manufacturers but cannot     guarantee to do so for older appliances. Total replacement of boiler,     fire etc is of course excluded.
