Mr. Paul Lucas, Managing Director, is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, with wide experience of the design of domestic and commercial installations.   

Commissions in the past have included the preparation of Expert Reports, and the Design of Heating, Ventilation and Electrical Services in a wide variety of properties including smaller Domestic Homes, large Country Houses, School Premises, Commercial Premises and Parish Halls.  

With the benefit of ongoing and up-to-date experience of installation and maintenance, HMS Ltd. are able to produce practical, cost-effective designs at reasonable fee rates.
