HMS consulting carries out Inspection, Reporting and Design Consultancy in the fields of Heating, Ventilation and Electrical Services, and for your total peace-of-mind holds Professional Indemnity Insurance of £250,000. 

Mr. Paul Lucas, is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, with wide experience of the design of domestic and commercial installations.   

Commissions in the past have included the preparation of Expert Reports, and the Design of Heating, Ventilation and Electrical Services in a wide variety of properties including smaller Domestic Homes, large Country Houses, School Premises, Commercial Premises and Parish Halls.
